Bio:

Julyia Chatelin (birth name: Julia Betty Salia Chatelin) was born in Chambery, France, and grew up in between the Savoy and Burgundy regions. With a mixed background French-Moroccan, Julyia has this “je ne sais quoi” that allows her to bounce off both ethnicities with ease. As a child, Julyia was brought up in both French and English and spent her summers in American baseball camps.
Having practiced various sports such as Dance, Horse riding and Circus, Julyia found her passion in Kick-boxing and developed her skills during 12 years.
The first time she was ever asked what it was she wanted to do as a grown up, her straight answer was “ Actress Artist” followed by a singer.
It is after her studies in International trades, her bachelor in sports and cultural events and her Master in business, that Julyia has traveled the world as first a nanny to then growing into a governess and teaching manners and languages to royals, diplomats and celebrities’ children.
In 2022 she started her training with IDFight school and trained her stage combatant skills and passed with distinction most of her weapons, such as Broadsword, knife, unarmed and also small sword and rapier and dagger. She, soon after doing all sorts of acting workshops, entered the Identity School of Acting where she truly found her voice and inner talent and keep learning from the best tutors from the school and around the globe such as “les cours Florents”, Paris, and “The Chicago actors Studio”.
Also keen to learn new skills and definitely passport ready, Julyia aspire to big things and one day, big Screens (and Stages).
Julyia has a “yes can do!” Attitude and is very hard working always ready to help and utterly professional.
